Once a event occurs on your Reagle smart lock, the notification will be pushed to the owner's phone.
  1. Turn on notifications in Settings > Apps > Notifications
  2. Make sure the internet connection of the Reagle Gateway is good and the owner's phone also needs to connect to the internet to get the notifications.
  3. In most Android phones, the OS will restrict the App background performance to "optimize" battery life, which may affect the delivery of notifications since the Reagle app background service needs to be alive generate the notifications. To fix this, go to Settings > Apps > Reagle > Battery > Optimize Battery Usage. Whitelist Reagle to "Don't optimize". Note that the option (sometimes it is called "Autostart") is shown differently on different Android phones. Please find the related settings on your phone to avoid the system restricting the Reagle features.
