For Android/iOS users of the Reagle App, enabling “Lock Down” will temporarily disable all given User/Code/ReagleCode access except for the admin of the lock.

For users of Apple Home App, enabling “Lock Down” in the Reagle App will disable all Home user access except for 1) the Home admin and 2) Home guests who are allowed remote access*. This is due to current Apple HomeKit permission management.

Physical key access will remain functional in both cases.

*To enable Apple HomeKit remote access requires a HomePod, an Apple TV or an iPad set up as a Home hub.
